Effective project management starts and ends with planning, scheduling, and control, whether the project is an emergency mitigation or a full reconstruction. UBS provides planning assistance for any type of project, and its familiarity with CPM scheduling software, together with its understanding of trades and sequencing, supports reliable time performance. For emergency mitigation, UBS responds quickly, establishes communication with all materially interested parties, and documents conditions daily. Final Punch and Commissioning

UBS provides total project management services, or a single service or a group of service components, tailored to the project’s requirements. Some clients need UBS to manage a project from the first response through final commissioning. Others need support in a single area, such as building the baseline schedule, tracking ball-in-court items, auditing subcontractor performance, or maintaining the project logs and meeting records. Consultation is available at any stage, including after a project is underway, so that schedule, budget, and quality issues can be identified and corrected early. Throughout the engagement, UBS maintains the documentation, communication, and tracking needed to keep all parties informed and the project moving toward completion.

UBS also offers Unified Active Building Monitoring (UABM), a remote monitoring system that tracks temperature, humidity, and GPP in each space 24/7 and flags irregular conditions. Remote monitoring reduces site visits, manual readings, and clerking labor, and the ongoing readings document job progression.
